Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Tadworth Airport Express. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Definitions
In this agreement, “Tadworth Airport Express,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service provider, while “you” and “your” pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
Booking
2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in requirements. Tadworth Airport Express disclaims responsibility for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate time or for your unavailability at the scheduled pickup time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size suitable for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.
2.3 Any requests for wheelchair access should be communicated at the time of booking.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to modify the provided quote in case of significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the designated landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard Tadworth Airport Express waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Tadworth Airport Express of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
The Service
4.1 The conduct of all passengers during the journey is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or any negative impact caused by passengers.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are not authorized to carry more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance.
Cancellations
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, contact us promptly. Cancellation after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver at the time of cancellation.
5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may result in charges to the original payment method.
Liability
6.1 While we strive to ensure punctual arrival, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Under no circumstances will Tadworth Airport Express be liable for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Tadworth Airport Express liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Tadworth Airport Express may subcontract obligations under this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify terms and conditions, with changes reflected on this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Tadworth Airport Express and yourself.
8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefit to a third party unless agreed upon in writing.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Tadworth Airport Express is not obliged to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
